Shipping Details:

 

• For order from out of Southern California: We ship our products on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays all over the US. We accept payments via Paypal and via major credit cards in the market.

 

• We are able to ship pamonhas, tapioca flour. and dough to make fritters ( massa de pastel).

• Products are not frozen, however they are packed with dry ice and iced gel packs, in an insulated box. 

​​

• We send by Flat Rate mailing from USPS. If you want to order overnight, we will have higher rates (USPS  or UPS rates). It is recommended especially during summer season.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the USPS or UPS. 

​

• We are no responsible for boxes left in the mailbox by the customer. Both USPS and UPS have a tracking system that informs when the package was left at your door. We also take pictures from the handling to the delivering at the Post Office. We will provide tracking receipt upon request.
